This installation was performed by our company before the wooden structure was built directly in front of the control panel. It failed inspection and we were called back to inspect the problem a month later and found this. All electrical control equipment, disconnects, breaker boxes, etc., must have 36 inches of clearance in front so it can be properly maintained and repaired in the future. This particular job had that clearance when were performed the wiring installation. But now this structure is built and the homeowner is deciding whether to move the structure or move the equipment. But one of the two must be performed or the job will never pass the final inspection and the pool be allowed to fill with water.
