This is a really nice enclosed equipment area where there was really no place on the property to disguise everything. This allowed everything to be hidden on three sides and gave a very sturdy structure to mount all of the electrical controls. Not all installations have anything like this as most are on the side of the home where it is easy to see or even thieves to steal. This has become a problem over the past 2 years since material shortages have driven prices up. Pump motors, heaters and filters have become very valuable and are disappearing from jobsites at a rampant pace. Keeping them hidden is the best thing a homeowner can do. Bolting them to a concrete floor is even better, which is exactly how this installation was performed.
